With the mind™440 series, Widex has refined and improved our unique Integrated Signal Processing (ISP) technology. This upgraded sound technology is called Dual ISP and it is a more powerful and more efficient platform.

As with ISP, Dual ISP ensures that no single process in the hearing aid functions independently. All processes in the hearing aid share information in order to give you better sound.

Dual ISP gathers and assesses all information about you and your immediate listening situation before sound reaches your ears.

According to your hearing needs and preferences, sound is then processed to ensure the best possible quality - even in challenging situations, such as at a party or in a public space.

Dual ISP technology introduces a fractal generator, which provides you with the possibility of listening to a tone program in your hearing aid. These fractal tones are intended to help you in relaxation.

Dual ISP also introduces a verbal messaging feature - Widex calls it SmartSpeak - that talks you through functions like program selection
