I just wanted to say that I have just purchased a pair of Widex Senso Behind-the-ear hearing aids from a very good audiologist in Plymouth, who recommended them for my problem: Bilateral hearing loss from cochlea hair cell damage, motorcycling and 25 years of piano tuning.
The new hearing aids are absolutely magnificent. They have restored my hearing to the way it was when I was about 35, and I am now 54 years old.
I am daily amazed at their filtering capability and how they allow the defined hearing of speech even when interrupting noises are between the speaker and the listener such as a barking dog or a screaming baby. They are quite wonderful.
I am investing a further sum of money in case in the next five years you come up with an even more staggeringly "market leading by miles" upgrade that I will be very tempted to buy. Thanks for being brave enough to invest in the research and development of these hearing aids.
